Responsibilities
  • Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence.
  • Preparing guest orders accurately in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the success of the Heart of House through proper food preparation and stock levels.
  • Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas.
  • Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
    • Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
  • Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
