Chick-fil-A St. Augustine is seeking high energy, dependable/reliable, honest and hard working individuals with the ability to learn new concepts, communicate effectively with guests and other team members. Experience in restaurant related field is beneficial, but not required.

Responsible for operations serving guests in the dining room, front counter and drive thru. Preparing food, assisting with sandwiches, nuggets and fries. Learning and absorbing everything possible in order to perform job duties at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Leadership will provide feedback in order to ensure team members are trained and have the tools to perform the essential functions of the position.

Must be performing at a high level, with speed and accuracy, as well as be a good fit for CFASTAUG in order to be successful at CFASTAUG.

• Responsible for ensuring food safety 100% of the time.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for guest relations in the Dining Room, front counter, and drive thru.
• Be obsessed with Food safety, food quality, cleanliness, LEAN, speed & accuracy, pathway training and serving guests the CFASTAUG WAY!
• Exhibit Core 4 with each guest (making connections, smiling, greeting and serving with a smile)
• Take orders from guests
• Prepare food in accordance with CFA food safety and quality standards
• Encourages guests and provide outstanding hospitality
• Listen carefully to guests
• Clean tables and restrooms
• Perform other duties as assigned.
