• Service of food and/or beverage including order‑taking, delivery and clearing.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set‑up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and promotions.
• Takes the order and inputs it into the Point of Sale computer.
• Retrieve order from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies related to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Work with a positive attitude in a team atmosphere.
• Dedicate to becoming a “seller” and not an “order taker”.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to all company specs and quality standards.
• Practice safety and sanitation policies at all times.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness, and sense of urgency.
• Flexible schedule – ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
