Chick-fil-A St. Augustine is seeking a high energy, dependable/reliable, honest and hard-working Operations Director. Must have the ability to lead a team, communicate effectively with guests and team members, train team members in hospitality, drive-thru and kitchen processes/services. Experience in restaurant or hospitality related field and open availability is required.
Responsible for leading Front of House and/or Back of House operations depending on area of assignment. Must be able to perform job duties at a high level in a very fast-paced environment. Will provide Leadership to the shift and ensure team members are trained and have the tools to perform the essential functions of their positions. Must have a passion for food safety, food quality and speed and accuracy in order to be a good fit and have success ellent customer service skills/ability is required.
Essential Functions:- Responsible for ensuring food safety 100% of the time.
- Serves as operations leader in charge of guest relations in the Dining Room, Drive Thru, serving guests at the front counter, as well as kitchen operations when assigned.
- Lead a high performing team in a very fast paced environment.
- Must be obsessed with Food safety, food quality, cleanliness, LEAN, speed & accuracy, pathway training and serving guests the CFASTAUG WAY!
- Exhibit Core 4 with each guest (making connections, smiling, greeting and serving with a smile).
- Encourages guests and team members in a highly positive and caring culture.
- Face-to-Face interactions with guests.
- Communicate with other Leaders, Team and guests in a highly effective and professional manner.
