Area Manager

Our area managers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They're on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores acting as mentors to merchandisers within their assigned area; providing troubleshooting tactics, training, and ongoing support. They work closely with their Territory Managers to support new and current merchandisers, identifying opportunities to drive volume and sales. • A self‑starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting, preferably as a lead or supervisor
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments

• Cultivating relationships with in‑store management
• Leading the execution of merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J‑hooks
• Conducting surveys and audits
• Providing training and re‑training to new and current merchandisers in assigned area
