• Motivated to drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Proactively focuses on the customer as the core of all decisions and supports company initiatives.
• Participates in team training to achieve business results.
• Uses the More Ways to Shop program and supports new technology.
• Represents customer experience expectations in store and delivers a consistent experience aligned to RL brand standards and store vision.
• Champions RL core values and fosters a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
• Engages in networking to start building a clientele and provides ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
• Supports alternative purchasing processes (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to broaden customer accessibility.
• Utilizes QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores to enhance product discovery.
• Provides feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs and helps ensure store standards are met at all times.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to move around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cashwrap and office; able to work around/with chemicals; lift up to 30 lbs; climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
