Join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser to showcase organization and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and support store teams with product placement and inventory levels. Work independently while serving as the face of Hallmark.

As an independent Field Merchandiser you’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products of other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $14.00 to $15.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours are between 10 and 16 per week.
• Availability before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Utilize a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory. Communicate with supervisors, report time, and provide feedback through surveys.
• Holiday support:
  During holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, be prepared for additional days and extended hours, sometimes including the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, fixture relocations, and card department resets as scheduled (often two weeks in advance, may include evenings or weekends).
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers in the field organization when needed.

Physically demanding work requiring ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, stand, and sometimes climb stairs or step ladders. Work occurs on selling floors and back stockrooms.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to handle up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device and interpret documents.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores.
