• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets through high‑quality customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising standards.
• Execute incoming and outgoing merchandise processes.
• Adhere to all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service‑focused retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Quick learning ability.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Physical capability to lift/carry or push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus benefits (Part‑time Benefit Summary).
