ECCO, one of the world’s premier Footwear companies, is now hiring for a Seasonal Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team.

WHO YOU ARE!

As an ECCO Temporary / Seasonal Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests.

• Educate guests with product knowledge by sharing features, advantages and benefits of shoes to help guests in making informed buying decisions.
• Proficiently operate the cash register, with accountability for variances on assigned drawers and awareness of loss prevention.
• Maintain general housekeeping on a daily basis and assist management with non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts and maintaining product displays.
• Adhere to ECCO’s policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress code guidelines outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual.
• Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, organization and follow-up skills; act as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by resolving customer service issues with good judgment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability.
• Ability to model effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor; act as a role model for the team.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills; capacity to work in a dynamic retail environment.
