The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, offering solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
