Retail Stock Associate (Full Time, 40 hrs)

Historic Tours of America invites applicants for a Retail Stock Associate position.

The Retail Stock Associate will greet and assist customers, manage merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness while ensuring inventory accuracy and cash handling integrity.

• Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance.
• Be knowledgeable of products and pricing.
• Use sales techniques to meet daily sales goals.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit cards accurately.
• Verify and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately produce reports and departmental documents.
• Receive, price, and stock merchandise using store procedures.
• Keep the store (floors, fixtures, and merchandise) clean and organized.
• Stock/back‑stock merchandise using store procedures.
• Restock supplies and notify the manager when supplies are low.
• Follow merchandising presentation instructions and standards to promote sales.
• Perform general maintenance duties: gather and empty trash, service and clean restrooms, sweep/mop floors, clean windows, dust fixtures, and clean outdoor walkways.
• Move boxes, crates, and equipment to clear areas under and behind items; remove stains from rugs, walls, and floors using appropriate cleaning solutions.

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of uninterrupted driving history.
• Must be able to provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) from any out‑of‑state license held in the last 3 years.
• English (preferred).
• Will pass a drug test and a background search.
• Must be able to commute to Saint Augustine, FL 32084.
• Must relocate to Saint Augustine, FL 32084 before starting employment.
