, you play a key role in creating that experience.

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Engage customers by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized recommendations
• Share product knowledge and help guests discover new flavors and uses
• Prepare and serve teas for sampling and guest enjoyment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting store environment
• Restock shelves and keep displays tidy and well‑maintained
• Support daily small‑business operations to keep the shop guest‑ready
• Process transactions accurately and confidently at the register

Above all, this is a sales‑focused role centered on guest experience and connection.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer‑facing role preferred
• Warm, friendly, and professional with a customer‑first mindset
• Confident communicating and engaging one‑on‑one with guests
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and pride in their work
• Dependable, proactive, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available for consistent weekend shifts and some weekday hours
• Hourly wage is based on experience; please share your desired rate of pay in the application.
