This position is ON-SITE at our Market Street location in Saint Augustine, FL.
- 🔹 Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new sales opportunities
- 🔹 Work rehash sales by re-engaging past leads and unsold opportunities
- 🔹 Close deals over the phone with strong follow-up and conversion skills
- 🔹 Build rapport, identify customer needs, and present premium home service solutions
- 🔹 Overcome objections and consistently close sales

- ✔️ Proven cold-calling experience (required)
- ✔️ Experience in rehash sales or re-engaging old leads (preferred/required)
- ✔️ Strong phone-closing ability with high conversion rates
- ✔️ Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- ✔️ Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to six-figure-plus earnings
