Role OverviewThis position involves working part time to respond to emails, make follow‑up calls to leads, respond to text messages and any comments/messages on Facebook. The main goal of this position is to set qualified appointments on the calendar(s) of our sales team. This will involve appointment setting for one of Purely Digital Marketing’s clients – not for Purely Digital Marketing itself.
This position will also involve managing client billing processes for Purely Digital Marketing. This role ensures accurate, timely invoicing, clear billing communication, and efficient scheduling of sales appointments for our client(s). The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing financial administration with client communication.
Responsibilities- Check and respond to emails.
- Call new leads to get a sales appointment scheduled.
- Check and respond to messages and comments from social channels and text messages.
- Update our FAQ list based on questions received.
- Update and optimize scripts based on feedback during emails/calling.
- Actively update lead list and CRM based on conversations.
- Maintain and organize calendars for sales staff (reschedule or cancel appointments when needed, etc.).
- Update and maintain our lead lists.
- Follow up with warm/hot leads.
- Input lead information from set appointments into our CRM.
- Attend weekly meeting with sales team.
- Assist with updating/organizing our follow‑up campaigns and outreach.
- Light billing work includes scheduling new payments, sending invoices, sending invoice reminders, calling clients to help with billing setup if necessary, getting updated card info, etc.
- 10 qualified appointments each week.
- Respond to texts and inquiries within one hour while working and by the next business day if outside of work hours.
- Must call new leads within one hour of inquiry while working or by the next business day if outside of work hours.
- Conduct billing/invoice work at least twice a week.
- Have at least 1 year experience with appointment setting for another company or agency.
- Understand how to manage a sales pipeline/lead flow.
- Have experience handling objections and overcoming them.
- Experience working with Highlevel is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work during EST 11 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday and able to attend weekly meetings with the sales team.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Ability to self‑govern and work independently.

- Initial compensation for this role will be $24/hour.
- * After 90 days – the contractor will be eligible for commission based on the appointments set and closed ($100 for each sale closed through their appointment set).
- Compensation for this role will be evaluated every 6 months.
