Territory Sales Manager – St Augustine, FL

Location: Hybrid (90% field-based; 10% remote)

Candidate must live within 50–75 miles of St. Augustine, FL.

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28–$180,000 (Base Salary: $35,000; car allowance, uncapped commission)

Terr includes the following counties: Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, Volusia, Duval, Nassau, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Suwannee, Union.

Air Med Care  Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) – the largest medical transportation company worldwide. AMCN delivers quality medical care, primarily in emergency and patient relocation services. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly‑U‑Home and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Local Impact: Spend ~90% time in the field engaging local businesses (70% B2B) and consumers (30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership.
  • Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, community events and networking.
  • Sales Process Management: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing with a consultative approach.

    Participate in local events and establish partnerships with community organizations to enhance brand visibility and trust.
A Day in the Life of a Territory Sales Manager
  • Planning: Review daily goals, schedule appointments and strategize outreach.
  • Field

    Activities:

    Visit local businesses, attend community events and meet potential members to discuss AMCN benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with community leaders and business owners for long‑term partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Sales Expertise: 3+ years of B2C or B2B field sales experience with cold calling and prospecting (preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of emergency medical transport (preferred).
