The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product expertise, and styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual sales results, and supports team success in a retail setting.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling guidance.
- Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and achievement of individual performance goals.
- Support colleagues through coaching, collaboration, training, and participation in store initiatives.
- Maintain store visual standards, provide feedback to management, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Comfort using digital tools for customer engagement and sales.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
