, is seeking a dependable, outgoing, and service-oriented professional to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers while supporting sales and operations.

Training is provided. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers commission opportunities for opening new accounts and cross-selling to existing customers.

Compensation

$41,000–$45,000 annually
, plus commission

Key Responsibilities

• Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, pricing, and order entry
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and order status
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Generate sales through new account development and cross-selling opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, art, production, and accounting
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Support accounting and production teams with questions related to current projects
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Creative and solutions-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, or manufacturing is preferred

Language and Mathematical Skills

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Ability to calculate prices, discounts, and basic figures accurately
