• Carpet cleaning, restorations, repairs, and water extractions, as well as cleaning other surfaces (rugs, upholstery, tile, grout, etc.)
• Executing pre‑cleaning inspections with keen attention to detail
• Responding to flooding emergencies swiftly and steadily
• Upholding and complying with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
• Fostering and building lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Documenting all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in‑depth precision
• Communicating professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions

• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on‑call rotation
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
• Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments, including from heights and within tight spaces
• At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
• Capability to pass background check and drug screening
