The Service Technician role is crucial to the success of all DLP-owned and managed assets. As part of a team focused on delivering a top service experience to residents, tenants and guests, you will handle curb appeal, maintenance, cleaning, and after‑hour emergency service needs. Flexibility and the ability to understand and service the basic needs of alllse assigned properties are required, along with on‑call duties.
Your work will support a high standard of customer service and make-ready work to prepare rental homes for occupancy. All service requests must be completed with no callbacks within 48 hours of assignment. The position involves frequent outdoor work in all weather conditions and demands a strong commitment to maintaining property cleanliness and marketability.

- Compensation: Starting at $21.() Hourly, depending on experience and certification, with monthly and quarterly bonuses.

- Possession of essential personal tools
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turns, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
- Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and property inspections on schedule.
- Keep common areas, amenities, and grounds clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
- Maintain pools, spas, and community features in compliance with safety standards.
- Manage work orders shafts App Folio and ensure timely updates and completion.
- Track and order maintenance supplies; support inventory and vendor coordination.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
- Safely use and maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
