Westminster Retirement - - - Responsibilities:
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer;
Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters, and ceiling tiles;
Hook-up sinks and toilets/urinals;
Take temperature readings and boiler room readings; test generator and other equipment & pumps;
Repair minor leaks less than 1 inch in diameter
