Overview
Intermodal truck driver – haul freight containers secured to company‑owned chassis. 95% no‑touch freight, 60% drop‑and‑hook. Drive in and out of railyards within AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN and VA. Home time: every other week.
Pay and Bonus Potential- Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
- Tanker endorsement strongly preferred.
- Haz Mat endorsement required within 60 days of hire (self‑paced online training available).
- Live within 40 miles of Jacksonville, FL.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
