What We Need

Corpay is currently hiring a Cash Application Specialist within the ALE Solutions division. This position falls under the Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for reducing and maintaining acceptable levels of outstanding balances on Accounts Receivable. You will record client payments and ensure that payments are accurate. You will report directly to the A/R Manager and regularly collaborate with accounting staff.

Role Responsibilities
  • Process lockbox and electronic payments received from carriers and settle payments against invoices
  • Process physical check payments received from carriers, vendors, and policyholders against invoicing and general ledger accounts
  • Process credit card transactions and send invoice requests to appropriate billing teams for posting
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Review weekly and monthly aging discrepancies
  • Assist client‑facing staff with researching payment inquiries, adjustments, and discrepancies
  • Support disputed credit card payments
  • Assist and back up other deposits
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of business experience
  • Prior Accounts Receivable or payment processing experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with specific proficiency in Outlook and Excel
  • ACT database experience a plus
  • D365 experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet vital deadlines, stay organized, solve problems, multi‑task, and work effectively in a team
  • Ability to concentrate and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
