Typical DayHelping others is what we do best here. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will inspire people to make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and finances, building client relationships that strengthen over time.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as requested
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is $11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Individual pay decisions will depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location.
