Clerical, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: St. Charles
This position performs the customer service duties for Service Ontario operations (Driver and Vehicle, and Health Card).
Additional duties:
This position may also operate as a supporting role to the municipal office administration, which may include collecting tax payments, fees, and other revenues at the counter, performing clerical functions and responding to queries from the public.
Responsibilities will include:
This position will perform all tasks associated with Service Ontario including but not limited to Driver and Vehicle changes and registrations, Health Card changes and registrations, maintaining records, daily closures and bank deposits, stock control and ordering. This position may also provide back-up administrative assistant duties for the municipal managerial staff.
A more complete list of duties can be found in the Job Description (attached). This position will be an inside position with direction taken from the Clerk.
This position is scheduled for thirty-five (35) hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
