Retail

The senior technician-level requires talent and technical expertise to diagnose and rectify drivability and electric systems while using your conducting guiding and mentoring for productivity. The pay is a flat‐rate pay that rewards each skill for all skill ranges.

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, power ignition, electrical, suspension, air conditioning and computing systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses to customer-friendly personnel.
• Stay current with formal training for evolving automotive technology.
• Assist and train teammates to perform tasks.
• Obtain or keep ASE certifications for A1‑A8 within two years of plane company and foot test fee for each pass and fail to each. Like the test we have a bonus.

• Must have a valid car driver license and maintain a key to a company and customer vehicle.
• Must command in detail of brake and hydraulic systems or steering and suspension and alignment.
• Must be skilled in general automotive and tire repair service.
• Must own present local certification and licence where massive required.
• Ability to communicate information to non technical personnel.
• Read, write, math skills.

• At least three years hobby repair and have third party checked or certification or completion of trade train program.
• ASE certification of at least one of A1‑A8 or equivalent L1.
