• Assemble and wire custom test systems based on engineering schematics and layouts
• Support tester builds, harness fabrication, and hardware integration
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with standards
• Perform troubleshooting, verification, and documentation of completed setups

• Experience with wiring, harness assembly, crimping, and soldering (automotive or industrial a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and assembly instructions
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes
