5 Star Auto Plaza is looking for the ideal candidate for our growing company! This position is responsible for learning what concerns or issues customers are experiencing with their vehicles, determining the type of services and maintenance are required and educating the customer on what they need.

• Help identify mechanical problems by questioning the customer, doing a visual inspection and/or road test.
• Consult with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.
• Advise customers on all necessary services for routine maintenance based on manufacturer recommendation.
• Consult with technicians on customer repairs.
• Exceed minimum standards of sales and customer service.
• Note all customer files thoroughly and accurately to create the best customer experience and efficient handling of repeat customers.

• High School diploma or GED required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive.
• Detail oriented
• Clean and Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and a Clean driving record.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug tests.
