We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service at our 4167 ST PETERS PARKWAY store. As the face of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, both in-person and over the phone
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Promote special offers and upsell products when appropriate

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
• Time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
• Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
