Lab Tech - Colormatch

OVERVIEW

Responsible for providing color match and color proof support to our customers, as well as providing color support for national projects.

• Create and reproduce high-quality Color Match and proofs for all incoming requests to support the geographical region and national new business projects.
• Format and create customer presentations in accordance with established strict specification tolerances.
• Performs standard color proofs to ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications, uses various proofing equipment across multiple applications, color software/hardware, color data transmission, and submits proof results.
• Provide accurate formulae for both local and feeder sites in a digital shared file.
• Accurate real‑time accounting of and reporting of color match data through designated software.

• Associate degree, technical trade school preferred, or minimum 4 years in industry technical experience.
• 4-6 years prior color matching in multiple ink systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay Ranges: $46,800 - $70,200

Additional considerations may include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity within Sun Chemical.
