Overview

CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a SCEA 10-month Student Services Facilitator for the  school year. Bachelor’s degree in special education or related service degree required. Professional Educator License (PEL): LBSI or Related Service required.

Responsibilities

• The Special Education Facilitator supports special education instructional programming across all grade levels in District 303.
• Works alongside teachers and teams to support development of evidence-based instructional practices.
• Supports IEP team planning and data review, analyzes and creates plans connected to student data.
• Provides professional learning experiences to special education, general education, and related service staff.

Qualifications

• Successful classroom teaching or related service experience required.
• Experience with teacher leadership, coaching educators, and leading professional development for educators is preferred.
• BA/BS with appropriate certification. MA/Advanced degrees and PhD/EDD are reflected in the salary schedule.
