• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support the center’s success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $119.25 hourly, bi‑weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience/other compensation offered.
