Bodwé is looking for passionate people to join our family across our Building, Infrastructure, and Federal Support services branches as well as our Support Staff branch.

• The Water Resources Practice Lead will lead and grow the firm’s water resources practice, overseeing the planning, design, and execution of complex projects related to stormwater management, drainage systems, flood control, dam safety, watershed planning, and environmental compliance.
• The Federal Market Leader – Civilian is responsible for advancing Bodwé’s architecture and engineering presence with civilian federal agencies.
• The Federal Market Leader – Defense leads Bodwé’s strategy and growth in the Department of Defense (DoD) market, with responsibility for developing relationships, securing work, and guiding delivery for military and defense clients.
• The Electrical Designer is responsible for electrical engineering design and the ability to create final construction drawings throughout the entire construction process.
• We seek an Electrical Construction Engineer to provide construction quality management and assurance services in support of the Surgical and Pediatric Intensive Care Units at Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.
• The Senior Architectural Designer is a design leader, technical expert, and relationship-builder who serves as a primary point of contact for clients and establishes the foundational relationship between the client and the Bodwé team.
• The Indigenous Market Leader is responsible for advancing Bodwé’s architecture and engineering services with Tribal Nations across the United States.
