Company Description

Carla Thomas Physical Therapy is a PT-owned physical therapy practice located in downtown St. Charles, Illinois. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients with a personalized and compassionate approach. We see an eclectic mix of diagnoses, primarily orthopedic but also neurological, vertigo, TMD and post-breast CA lymphedema.

Role Description

This is a flexible employment opportunity: we will consider a PRN, part-time, or full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. Specific tasks may include assessing and diagnosing patients, developing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for documenting patient progress and communicating with other healthcare professionals.
