** This position will be supporting the St. Charles area.
**** In this role the Care Attendant Non Certified will:
*** Give assistance to residents in areas of activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living.
* Assist residents with daily activities.
* Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping.
* Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
** The ideal candidate will have:
*** High school graduate or equivalent.
* Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
* Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.
* Reliable means of transportation.
* CPR Certification.
** Compensation Pay Range:**$15.28 - $18.31 per hour
** Reasonable Pay Estimate
** A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $15.28 - $18.31 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
