Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist

Rush Kids Pediatric is hiring a full-time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist for our pediatric location in St. Charles
, IL. An ABA therapist works with children with an Autism diagnosis in our local facility or in the child’s home. They implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Case Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering care for children served by Behavior Tech based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Collecting and recording data based on observable client behavior
• Implementing services based on the principles of Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis to children 2-12
• Providing direct services to individuals with Autism under the supervision of the BCBA
• Maintaining ongoing documentation of goals, progress toward functional goals, and medical necessity
• Maintaining open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (ABA Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Speech Pathology, etc.)
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
