Location: St. Charles, IL

• Pay Range $21.04/hr - $26.31/hr + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

• 2nd: 3pm-11pm - must be open to working every other Saturday
• 3rd: 11pm-7am - must be open to working every other Saturday

• Reads and understands job jackets to ensure correct materials are being used and ready for each job
• Feeds and maintains operation of machine and makes minor adjustments per written procedures
• Checks quality of WIP consistently and sorts out bad WIP. Notifies Operator of wrinkled stock, excessive offset or haze, ink spots, misregister, or excessive scrap
• Recognizes all forming defects and reports these to the Cup Operator
• Starts machines, maintains and clears jams
• Makes bottom stock splices, inspects cups after splice is made, records usage of bottom roll stock
• Measures WIP pallets and records counter readings
• May relieve Packers as necessary for breaks
• Applies appropriate lockout/tag out procedures as necessary
• Is responsible for using safety interlock system and keys

• 1 year of manufacturing experience as either a Machine Operator, Machine Operator Assistant, Production Associate or Machine Operator Helper
