Galloway Consolidated Holdings (GCH) is the parent company of Bema Incorporated, Elite Extrusion Technology, and Bema Digital Innovations. We are seeking an experienced Plate Mounter to join our manufacturing team in St. Charles, IL.

This full-time, third-shift position is ideal for someone with hands-on plate mounting, flexographic press, and manufacturing experience who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and keeping production running efficiently.

Plate Mounter – 2nd Shift

Hours:

8:00p- 4:30a Monday-Friday
Pay: $26.00–$32.00/hour, based on experience

• Mount flexographic printing plates accurately according to job specifications.
• Review job tickets, artwork, and production specifications before mounting.
• Ensure proper plate positioning, alignment, registration, and orientation.
• Inspect plates for damage, defects, or quality concerns before use.
• Prepare mounted plates for scheduled press production.
• Work closely with press operators and production personnel to ensure jobs are press-ready.
• Properly handle and store printing plates and related materials.
• Maintain plate mounting equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Identify and communicate plate, registration, or job specification issues before production.
• Follow all established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with other production responsibilities as needed.

Candidates must have:

• Previous plate mounting experience
• Flexographic press/printing experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow job tickets, measurements, specifications, and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify plate alignment, registration, and quality issues.
• Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work the second-shift schedule.
