Base pay: $17.50–$25.50 per hour (depending on hours worked). Shift differentials: $1.25 for 2‑p.m. to 10‑p.m. shifts, $1.50 for 10‑p.m. to 6‑a.m. shifts. Pay increases with certification experience: 1 yr $17.50, 2 yr $18.50, 3 yr $19.50, 4 yr $20.50, 5 yr $21.50, 6+ yr $22.50. Same‑day direct deposit available.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Observe and document changes in condition.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Maintain patient education and records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to uphold high standards of care.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or completion of an accredited CNA course.
• Prior CNA experience desirable; willing to train the right candidate.
