Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1966 Old Hwy 94 location in St Charles, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store efficiency
• Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
