• Travel the assigned territory and build relationships with amateurs, trainers, pro‑riders, and barns.
• Represent CWD at horse shows and industry events.
• Create a unique client experience through expert knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador for CWD.

• Prior successful field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows.
• Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and a dynamic go‑getter.

Potential that includes base + unlimited commission:

• Year 1: $55 K
• Year 2: $65 K – $85 K
• Year 3: $75 K – $125 K
