Sales & Marketing Position
This Sales & Marketing Position will support new business outreach, customer engagement, brand awareness, and marketing execution. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn both the technical and commercial sides of sales and marketing.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing leadership to identify the right target customers, build prospect lists, conduct outreach, nurture early-stage leads, and support the communication for new and existing accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Research and identify ideal customer profiles across key industries (food & beverage, CPG, health & beauty, industrial, etc.).
- Build targeted outreach lists using CRM tools, online research, and marketing platforms.
- Execute outbound email, Linked In, and phone outreach to spark conversations with prospective customers.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team and help move leads into the pipeline.
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns, including emails, follow-ups, and industry-specific messaging.
- Support creation of sales collateral, social media posts, and prospecting materials.
- Help build and maintain brand consistency.
- Assist with onboarding new accounts by gathering details and ensuring a smooth transition to our internal teams.
- Communicate with existing customers about order updates, artwork, timelines, and general questions.
- Support customer service by ensuring information flows clearly between customers, sales, and production.
- Update CRM records with customer interactions, outreach notes, and lead status.
- Track outbound activity, monitor engagement, and report results to leadership.
- Maintain organized lists and segment audiences for future outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing the brand professionally.
