AP Staff Accountant

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Staff Accountant in Saint Charles, MO. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cash reconciliation, invoice coding, month end work, journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules
• AP Staff Accountant will coordinate, prepare, and verify supporting documentation to ensure accurate/timely invoice package preparation and general ledger recording
• Input vendor invoices in accounting software (SAP)
• General ledger maintenance and aids with month end closing
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is preferred
• Experience with General Ledger accounting and strong understanding of GAAP principles is required
• SAP experience is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
