Patriot Machine is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Senior Financial and Tax Accountant to join our team. This role will be hands‑on with our executive team, helping with decision‑making and strategic planning.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Monitor and record financial transactions
• Help with the tracking and preparation of tax reporting matters
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Lead accounting projects, including 401(k) audits and internal reporting
• Enter and maintain accurate accounting data within accounting systems
• Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s in Accounting required, Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Person
