Accounting assistant/Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable

We are looking for the right person to join our growing team. Auto dealership experience is a plus but we will train the right person with solid accounting skills and experience. You must be a team player who can also work independently with little supervision and complete tasks on time. This is a busy dealership, and the work pace is fast.

• Assisting in accounting functions in the dealership
• Assisting in managing office staff
• Processing of A/P and A/R
• Input new inventory into accounting
• Processing cancellations/refunds for products
• Daily deposits and reconciliations
• Posting of car deals and examine contracts for errors
• Assist with various office duties
• Assist Controller with month end processes
• Knowledge of HR is helpful

• Analytic abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills
• Prior dealership experience preferred but will train the right person.
• A strong desire to want to learn and grow, we are growing and need someone to grow with us.
