- Administer the student conduct, Title IX, and academic alert reporting system (Maxient), including documentation and follow‑up with involved parties.
- Provide administrative support to the COL 101 Coordinator for scheduling and documentation.
- Administer Timely Care mental health, medical, and life coaching services and assist with Timely Care account set‑up.
- Update the Student Handbook and maintain departmental documentation.
- Triage students: facilitate intake forms, schedule appointments, and make internal referrals to departments or resources.
- Order supplies, maintain the department website and portal pages, and facilitate renewal of departmental contracts.
- Assist with budget management, create purchase orders, and provide general administrative support.
- Prepare and submit annual Drug & Alcohol notifications, biennial Drug and Alcohol Report, and campus compliance reports.
- Serve on the Student Conduct Committee, manage the electronic Maxient database for student conduct and academic integrity cases, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and external agencies.
- Associate’s degree from a two‑year college or technical school, or six months or more of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Lumens Course Management software, Datatel, Microsoft Office applications, publishing software, typing skills, marketing knowledge, customer service skills, general office procedures, and knowledge of non‑credit operations is preferred.
