Front Desk PBX Clerk

Job Description

The Front Desk Clerk role is primarily responsible for providing a positive first impression and handling the initial interactions all guests. Job duties include greeting people, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phones and directing inquiries, managing the reception area, and some basic administrative tasks.
