Pay Plan Options & Incentives

• Base Rate: $28.00–$38.00/hr
• Overtime:
  Paid after 40 hrs/week
• Billed Hours Bonuses: starting at 80 billed hours bi‑weekly

• $33.00 - $44.00 Paid per billed hour
• 65‑hour bi‑weekly guarantee (must work 80 hrs to qualify)
• Accelerators up to $8/hr: starting at 70 billed hours bi‑weekly

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive technician experience (or equivalent training)
• ASE Certifications (A1–A8) or willingness to earn
• Valid U.S. driver’s license & insurable driving record
• Own up‑to‑date tools for A‑level repairs
• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and use computer‑based diagnostic tools
