About Us

Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis is one of Missouri’s fastest-growing roofing and exterior remodeling companies — an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor known for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

We are expanding the commercial division and seeking to partner with independently operated commercial roofing businesses performing low-slope and flat-roof projects throughout St. Charles County and the Greater St. Louis metro area.

Work You’ll Perform

We’re looking for skilled commercial crews experienced with:

  • TPO, EPDM, and PVC single-ply systems
  • Modified bitumen and built-up roofing (BUR)
  • Roof coatings (silicone, acrylic, elastomeric)
  • Commercial tear-offs and reroofs
  • Flashing, insulation, and roof edge metal installation
  • Light sheet metal and trim work
  • Leak repairs and maintenance programs

Our projects include office buildings, retail centers, multi-family complexes, warehouses, and institutional facilities.

Why Partner With Us
  • Consistent commercial work — active projects year-round
  • Clear communication and coordination between contractors and site managers
  • Materials may be delivered to site — you focus on quality installation
  • Fast pay after job completion and approval
  • All contractors are expected to follow OSHA safety standards consistent with their own internal policies
  • Professional and well-marketed brand trusted throughout Missouri
Requirements

To qualify for subcontracted work, crews must provide:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Social Security card or FEIN letter (matching your entity name)
  • Completed W-9 Form
  • Proof of active General Liability ($1M / $2M aggregate) and Workers’ Compensation ($1M) coverage
  • Acknowledgment of OSHA Compliance and Site Safety Requirements
  • All tools, equipment, safety gear, and reliable transportation

Insurance policies must cover commercial roofing operations and match the insured entity on your license or FEIN.

What Successful Partners Deliver

  • OSHA-compliant safety standards and use of fall protection/PPE
  • Clean, organized, and efficient job sites
  • Professional communication with site supervisors and property managers
  • Commitment to schedule, quality, and craftsmanship
  • Subcontractor crews determine their own staffing, work hours, and installation methods, so long as they meet project specifications and applicable building codes
Compensation & Payment
  • Paid per project or per SQ, depending on roof type and scope
  • Rates are competitive and consistent across all commercial work types
  • Prompt payment upon completion of approved work per independent contractor agreement
  • Payment is made on a per-project basis according to agreed contract terms. No hourly wages, benefits, or employee-type supervision are provided.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Crews operate as independent businesses and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment. Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis does not withhold taxes or provide employee benefits. Subcontractor crews are free to perform work for other companies and manage their own schedules. Each subcontractor operates an independently established business, maintains its own entity and insurance, and retains full control over which projects it accepts and how the work is performed.
