Professional Dance Instructor

We’re seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and coachable individuals who want a rewarding career sharing the art and joy of ballroom dance. No prior dance or teaching experience is required but experience is a definite plus. Our comprehensive training program will prepare you to become a certified professional instructor.

• Learn and master ballroom, Latin, and social dance styles through our in‑house training program.
• Teach private and group lessons once training milestones are achieved.
• Prepare students for showcases, social parties, and competitions.
• Support student growth by encouraging progress, confidence, and retention.
• Help maintain a fun, professional, and welcoming environment in line with Dance Pizazz culture.

• No experience required. We value personality, energy, and willingness to learn above all else.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Eagerness to relocate to O’Fallon, MO (relocation assistance available for the right candidate).
• Background in performing arts, sports, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
