Lead Childcare Teacher
Kids & Company is looking for a dedicated Lead Childcare Teacher to help shape the early educational journey of our children. Join a team that values collaboration, creativity, and the joy of early learning.
Location- Inspire Lake St. Charles: 15 Garvey Parkway, St. Charles, MO 63303
- Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
- Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
- Collaborate with specialists to meet each child’s unique needs
- Certified EEC Teacher, Lead Teacher, or Director
- BA or CDA in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Clean background and up-to-date health screenings
- Documented experience working with children, references required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in emergent curriculum approaches
- Bilingual or experience with special education
- Leadership or mentor experience
